The One Minute Pitch That Doesn't Fail

What is “The One Minute Elevator Pitch”? A short presentation you give to your potential customer in order to answer three questions: what, why and how. A great elevator pitch is like a 1-minute commercial for your business. You want to get across as much information as possible while still leaving room for discussion!

Basic Foundations for a successful online business

our Domain Name and Logo (the perfect representation of your company) play an important role in representing who you are as a business and what you offer. Choosing a domain name should be about communicating who you are and what you do. Consider whether or not your domain name has one or two words (or "keywords") within it and focus on something which people will be able to recognize and think of when they hear or see it but be mindful of keywords that seem spammy. For example, "Ben & Jerry's" became synonymous with ice cream simply because the founders put their first names into their company's name. Your domain name is the only way people will be able to find you on the internet, which means you need to get this right. Just imagine not being able to get anywhere without knowing where you're going. Also think about how short (or long) your domain name should be: the less characters you use to spell out who you are and what you do, the more memorable it will be!
